Return & Refund Policy
At CozyAura, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged through misuse, lack original packaging, or are missing accessories, as well as clearance or final sale items.
If you wish to return a product, simply contact our customer service team at info@cozyaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In cases where an item is damaged or not functioning upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
